RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The order must contain all original parts, components and, where applicable, the original packaging.
2. The product must show no signs of damage caused by careless or improper handling.
3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
4. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, this must be reported promptly after receipt.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Once we receive your return, it will normally be processed within 7 business days. If the return meets our return conditions, it will be approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we reasonably believe that the items have been used, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate your return.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or defective
• Customer's first and last name
• Customer's address

After receiving your request, we will contact you with further return instructions and provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not return your order to the address shown on the original shipment or packaging. Contact us first so that we can provide you with the correct return address.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because we use an automated order processing system, orders may enter fulfillment and shipping shortly after being placed. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.

If your order has already been shipped, you may receive the order and then request a return according to our return policy.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

ORDERS IN TRANSIT

As some of our products may be shipped internationally, longer transit times may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order has already been dispatched and cannot be intercepted, please wait until you receive the package and then follow our return procedure.

You may contact us before receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return the product.

To help us process your return efficiently, we may request proof or confirmation of return shipment.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow time for your payment provider to process the refund.

Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
